How do I book a slot at Terrace Garden Club?

All bookings happen on WhatsApp. Send us a message with the date, event type and number of guests — we'll share availability, pricing and the UPI details. Your slot is confirmed once payment reflects.
What is the booking and confirmation process?

1) Message us on WhatsApp. 2) Pay half or full amount via UPI. 3) Share the payment screenshot with the transaction ID. 4) Receive your OTP — that's your booking confirmation. Simple, paperless, fast.
Do you provide food and beverages?

No — we sell space and ambience, not food. You're welcome to order from Swiggy or Zomato for personal reservations. For full-terrace bookings, we can coordinate a caterer of your choice or recommend trusted options.
What is the difference between Lounge and Studio?

The Lounge is our open-air terrace garden — string lights, planters, view. Best for parties, dates, exhibitions and full-scale productions. The Studio is our indoor, enclosed space with mirrors and acoustic treatment — best for dance, Zumba, art, podcast recordings, workshops and shoots.
Can I book a single seat for a date night or to hang out with friends?

Absolutely. Our reservation model is ₹600 per head — you book your seat, order food in from your favourite restaurant on Swiggy or Zomato, and enjoy the terrace. Perfect for a date, casual catch-up, or a quiet evening.
What are the prices for the full terrace?

Full terrace for a half day is ₹15,000 and a full day is ₹25,000. Decorator and caterer are available on request — message us with your menu and we'll share a quote.
Tell me about the yoga sessions.

Our in-house brand Adiyogi conducts yoga every Monday and Friday from 5 to 7 PM. Walk-in is ₹100 per day or ₹700 per month. Mats are provided. All levels welcome.
What about pop-ups, exhibitions and weekly or monthly rentals?

Pop-ups and exhibitions are ₹2,000 per day, ₹5,000 per week and ₹15,000 per month. Saree pop-ups, art shows, small-brand markets and seasonal exhibitions all work brilliantly here.
Can I use the terrace for a film, video or photo shoot?

Yes — gorgeous lighting, multiple backdrops, indoor + outdoor access. The full-day ₹25,000 slot is most popular for productions. Message us with your brief and we'll plan around your call time.
What about corporate events, workshops and seminars?

The Studio is a tasteful, professional setting for business seminars, meetings, client workshops and trainings. Hourly rental at ₹500 — book the duration you need.
Is the venue suitable for marriage-related events?

Yes — birthdays, anniversaries, sangeet rehearsals and small celebrations are core to what we do. The full terrace is ideal for school/college fest rehearsals and pre-wedding functions.
Where exactly are you located?

South Kolkata. We'll share the exact pin on WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed — easy cab and metro access.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 days before the event date get a full refund. Within 7 days, the booking amount is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once to an available date within 30 days.
